By joining the Onlife waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up for our waitlist.

2. Waitlist and Launch

By joining our waitlist:

• You will be notified when Onlife launches
• Your waitlist position does not guarantee access on launch day
• Launch dates and features are subject to change
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the waitlist program

3. Referral Program

Our referral program operates under these rules:

• Earn rewards by referring friends who successfully verify their email
• Fraudulent referrals (fake emails, bots) will result in account termination
• Rewards are provisional and will be granted after app launch
• We reserve the right to modify or end the referral program at any time
• Referral rewards are non-transferable

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your verification codes and account access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use fake or temporary email addresses
• Create multiple accounts to game the referral system
• Use automated tools or bots
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Onlife are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The waitlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist or referral program.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your waitlist access at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
